Vicky joined RFG in early 2021, bringing a strong focus on economic development and governmental finance. She specializes in Tax Increment Financing (TIF), economic development initiatives, long-term financial planning, and budgeting, helping communities align their financial strategies with long-term growth objectives and ensuring sustainable success.
Vicky works across multiple service areas, providing clients with comprehensive financial solutions that account for the intersections of economic development, TIF, budgeting, and long-term planning. Her holistic approach allows her to evaluate the full financial landscape of each community and deliver strategies that go beyond immediate needs.
She is proficient in the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF) Gateway and State Board of Accounts (SBOA) reporting programs. Vicky actively participates in professional development and networking opportunities through organizations such as Accelerate Indiana Municipalities (AIM), Association of Indiana Counties (AIC), Indiana Township Association (ITA), and others, staying engaged with statewide initiatives that benefit local governments and redevelopment projects.
