Trevor Thompson is a Consultant in the Financial Planning & Budgeting Division at Reedy Financial Group (RFG), where he has served since 2022. In this role, he partners with municipalities and government leaders to design and implement comprehensive financial strategies that emphasize long-term planning, sustainability, and responsible growth.
Trevor’s work focuses on developing forward-looking financial plans that incorporate Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs), ensuring that infrastructure needs, future projects, and strategic priorities are aligned with available resources. He helps clients strengthen financial stability, optimize fund performance, and build cash reserves to support both planned initiatives and unforeseen challenges.
Through detailed analysis, strategic forecasting, and disciplined budgeting practices, Trevor assists government entities in creating strong financial foundations that enable continued development and responsible fiscal management.
