Stephanni Kleber is a Consultant at RFG, specializing in both the Utility Consulting and Accounting & Bookkeeping segments of the firm, with a focus on municipal utilities and municipal financial operations.
In the Utility Consulting segment, Stephanni’s work centers on utility rate studies, operational and capital planning, and assisting municipalities with daily financial decisions. She has contributed to numerous major utility projects, gaining experience across a variety of systems and expanding her technical expertise in municipal utility management.
Within Accounting and Bookkeeping, Stephanni is proficient in bank reconciliations, capital asset tracking, and general bookkeeping. Her knowledge of accounting software systems and DLGF Gateway reporting enables her to provide reliable, high-quality support to municipal clients. She emphasizes enterprise fund management, clean audits, and fiduciary responsibility, ensuring effective financial oversight and optimal outcomes for the communities she serves.
Stephanni began her career with RFG through the internship program in 2023 and continued part-time while completing her Bachelor’s degrees at Franklin College in Business (Finance and Marketing concentrations) and Economics.
