Rachel Buhr is a member of RFG’s Accounting and Bookkeeping segment, bringing a strong background in financial operations, organizational support, and fiduciary oversight. She earned her Accounting degree from International Business College in 2012 and began her career in manufacturing finance and administrative roles, developing expertise in accounting processes and cross-departmental coordination.
Rachel spent several years at Aisin Chemical Indiana, where she contributed to daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and departmental collaboration. During this time, she established a reputation for accuracy, dependability, and a strong understanding of operational workflows in a fast-paced production environment.
Since joining RFG in 2023, Rachel has focused on revenue and expenditure oversight, fund management, capital asset tracking, and overall fiduciary advisement. She brings a detail-oriented approach and collaborative mindset to her work, supporting municipalities and public entities through clear communication, problem-solving, and process efficiency. Rachel continues to build on her accounting expertise while helping clients achieve sound financial management and organizational goals.
