Matt began his career with RFG as an intern in 2013 before returning to the firm in 2019. During the time between his roles at RFG, he gained valuable experience in both financial services and corporate strategy, working as a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual and as a Strategic Planning Specialist with AISIN Manufacturing. These roles strengthened his expertise in financial planning, organizational strategy, and client advisory services.

Matt brings a strong focus on process improvement, organization, and client-centered service, helping RFG continue to refine its practices and deliver high-quality financial planning services to local government entities throughout Indiana. His ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively allows him to work closely with municipal officials, boards, and professional organizations to support sound financial decision-making.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Matt was a standout collegiate athlete at Indiana University Southeast, where he earned All-American honors in basketball, received multiple All-Conference awards, and was named Runner-Up for Conference Player of the Year. His athletic background helped shape the discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities that continue to guide his professional approach today.
