Lauren Pauley is a Consultant at RFG, specializing in the firm’s Utility Consulting segment with a focus on municipal utilities. She assists communities with utility rate studies, operational and capital planning, and provides guidance on daily financial decision-making for utility operations. Her responsibilities include Revenue Recognition Analysis, Budget Monitoring, and Debt Service Management, supporting municipalities in achieving sound financial management across a variety of utility projects.

Lauren joined RFG in February 2024 after beginning her professional career as an auditor at a public accounting firm. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business with concentrations in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, and Management from Indiana University Columbus.
