Condel W. Bowen, MBA (Senior Accountant II) provides a unique understanding of redevelopment commissions, tax increment financing, and economic development. His expertise resides in creating new efficiencies in RDC financial plans, TIF impact reports, the TIF neutralization process, creating new TIF areas, and decrement analysis. Condel has become proficient in using department of Local Government Finance Gateway reporting programs through assisting redevelopment commissions in their annual reporting process.
Condel graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business concentrated in finance and management. Currently Condel is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration majored in accounting from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Following his Master’s degree, he will begin the steps of getting his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Condel is also in the process of completing his Series 50 exam to become a registered municipal advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
