Cole Fosbrink joined RFG in early 2023 as a Consultant, focusing on the firm’s Redevelopment Commission (RDC), Tax Increment Financing (TIF)/Economic Development, and Municipal Finance segments. He is a registered municipal advisor and has successfully passed the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative Exam.
Cole earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University East. He began his professional career in commercial banking as a credit analyst, gaining a strong foundation in financial analysis and risk assessment. Since transitioning to municipal finance, Cole has focused on TIF financial planning and reporting, economic development initiatives, and debt financial advising, including general obligation, revenue, and utility bonds, as well as notes.
Cole is dedicated to helping municipalities leverage financial mechanisms to support community growth, develop innovative solutions, and create sustainable opportunities that enable local governments and redevelopment entities to flourish.
