Accounting Professional Opportunities:
Accounting Professionals are vital in helping our firm provide assistance to our clientele. The Accounting Professional responsibilities include Municipal Consulting, Bond Financial Advisory Work, Annual Budget, Long Term Capital & Operating Plan, Management Reports, Revenue Verification, Revenue Projections, Special Projects, Annual Reports, Debt Reporting, Annexation Fiscal Plans, General Ledger Review, and Expert Witness Testimony. Bookkeeping Services: Meeting Travel Time, Data Entry and Report Preparation.
Staff Accounting & Paraprofessional Opportunities:
Staff Accountants & Paraprofessionals provide general accounting services in a strong client service capacity. These services include bookkeeping and account reconciliations and perform other job-related duties as necessary. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and the willingness to assume additional duties as requested. The Paraprofessional will organize and maintain traditional and electronic administrative subject matter and client files as directed.
The Intern’s primary responsibility will be to work on assigned projects to provide assistance to the Accounting team. Our goal is to provide real world experience to college students who want to pursue careers in accounting or related fields. Assigned duties or projects may change at any time. Also, the ideal candidate must be willing to work 20 hours a week from our Seymour office. Candidate must be flexible, organized and possess good analytical skills. This position requires a candidate who has excellent interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work independently.
